Adding a User

Select Household or Members from main menu.

Select Add User.

Enter the email address.

There are two levels of access :

                Owner user – has full access and control of the charger and users.

                Guest user – can start and stop charging only.

Granting Guest access keeps your charger secure, the charger remains “locked” if outside of schedule, and there is no need to change your regular charging schedule. The guest user can log in to the app and start the charge.

The user will receive an email invitation.

If they have an existing account, when they log in they will be prompted to accept or decline the invitation. When the invitation is accepted, the guest user will be able to start and stop charging.

The Guest user can only start and stop charging.

Modifying a User

The Guest user can be upgraded to have more permissions in the Household/Members screen by the charger owner by selecting Modify Access.

Removing a User 

Select Household of Members from the main menu.

Select the user you wish to remove.

Select Remove Access.
