The Elliot device allows communications between your EVHACS charger and the internet. It allows you to control your charger using the EVHACS app. The Elliot is usually installed next to the fuse board in your home.

There are two ways to find the serial number of Elliot

The Elliot details are located on a sticker inside the cover of the Elliot.

1. The Serial Number is located on a sticker inside the cover of the Elliot.

             To open the cover insert a pointed object into the two clips at the bottom of the Elliot.

The first number is the Model Number, followed but the Serial number and the EIN number.

The EIN number is unique to each Elliot and is used as the Captive portal Installer app password.
