How Can We Help?
Setting your Charging Schedule
By default, your EVHACS charger will allow charging any time you plug your vehicle in. There are many advantages to using the smart schedule, the most important of these is to avail of less expensive electricity prices.
The schedule can be set over two days e.g. starting before midnight at 11pm and ending at 6am the next morning or beginning and ending within the same 24-hour period.
When you set the smart schedule, your car may be plugged in at any time, charging will begin and end only at the times set in the schedule.
On the main screen of the EVHACS app – select SCHEDULE.
Setting Start Time
Tap (or mouse click) on the current Start time displayed, the Time Picker will appear.
Setting Finish Time
Tap (or mouse click) on the current Finish time displayed. The Time Picker will appear. See Using the Time Picker for details on how to set the times.
Note: The finish time can be in the next 24-hour period e.g. Start time set to 11PM and Finish time set to 6AM the next morning.
Your vehicle can be plugged in at any time but will only start charging when the scheduled Start time is reached, likewise charging will stop when the scheduled Finish time is reached.
This offers both convenience and cost savings to the user. The vehicle can be plugged in when the owner returns home, they do not need to do anything with the app or charger, as the schedule will take care of charging at the scheduled time automatically.

Using the Time Picker
The time picker sets in order:
1) Hours  2) Mins.  3) AM/PM
The time can be changed by tapping on the boxes or by using the clock face.

Stopping Charge during Schedule.
Charging can be stopped at any time during the scheduled charging window by
swiping left on the app.

NOTE: If during the charging schedule window, the charge is stopped either by using the app or by unlocking the car, it will begin charging again after five minutes if the vehicle is not plugged out, this is to ensure
that charging continues during scheduled window.
Some electric vehicles stop. charging when the ar is unlocked. To prevent accidental stopping of charge, EVHACS have implemented a 5-minutes interval to being charging again if stopped within scheduled charging window and the vehicle has not been unplugged. To begin charging immediately, simply swipe right and charging will begin.
