EVHACS reports on live energy usage of Electric Vehicle charger, Heat Pump, and the rest of the Home.

This data is updated every 30 seconds from the Elliot device to the EVHACS cloud.

The app also detects if energy is coming from the Grid or from some domestic micro-generation such as wind or solar panels.

If micro-generation is detected the status will change from IN USE to GENERATING.

The EVHACS unit is always power load balancing – ie. if the value of Home consumes too much energy which would normally cause a breaker to trip, the power going to the EV charger or Heat Pump is reduced until this situation passes and then increased again as more energy becomes available.
